FAQ
Are all shoes authentic?
- Yes. Before we add a shoe to our inventory, we thoroughly check the shoe for
authenticity.
What is consignment?
- Consignment is when we sell your shoes for you. We offer a 90/10 consignment rate. We
keep the shoe, clean them if necessary, photograph them and list for purchase. Once sold, the client receives payment.
I'm a consignor, how do I go about the consignment with you?
- We only do consignment locally due to paperwork & authenticating the sneakers. Our contact information is on the site, feel free to give us a call or leave an email and we
will get in contact with you.
If I (the buyer) am located in the Miami Dade/Broward County areas, can I meet up to buy shoes directly from you in order to avoid paying shipping costs?
- Yes, BUT it all depends on availability. Each shoe is sold on a first come first serve basis. We CANNOT hold a shoe based on your interest and intent to purchase.
What is your return policy?
- Because of the thorough details and pictures provided on each item, ALL SALES ARE
FINAL. Returns and exchanges are made SOLEY in the event that the buyer has
received the wrong item.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Pay Pal. We also have card
readers at all sneaker conventions we attend.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
- We ship all orders 24-48 hours through USPS GROUND & they arrive 3-7 business days
after payment is received.
Will a signature be required when my package is delivered?
- Yes.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. If you are located outside the US please contact us for your shipping cost. We will ship to you upon request.
Do you have a physical store?
- Unfortunately we don't at this time, but with your continued support we hope to open
one in the near future.
